Ifeanyi Augustine Ukandu is the Registered Manager for Black Horse Care Ltd. He has over 12years of care experience with 3 years at the management level. His experience cut across care management, HR Management and employee relations. His journey in health and social care commenced from the grassroot as a care assistant, which navigated to the position of a registered manager, has equipped him with immense skills and clear objectives for all designations and good interpersonal skills to relate across all levels of the business.
His passion to provide care and support to the most vulnerable within communities irrespective of their ages and care needs was a motivator to seek extensive knowledge and acquire the required qualifications to harness quality service delivery. He is a graduate of Business Administration, duo Post graduate diploma holder, not only in Management studies, but also in Strategic Management and Leadership, before attaining a master’s in business administration.
He also has an NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and currently in pursuit of an NVQ level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care for Children and Young People’s Services.
