Ifeanyi Augustine Ukandu is the Registered Manager of Black Horse Care Ltd, bringing over 13 years of extensive experience in the care sector, including more than 4 years in management. His expertise spans care management, human resource management, and employee relations.
Beginning his career at grassroots level as a care assistant, Augustine has progressed to the role of Registered Manager, a journey that has equipped him with a deep understanding of service delivery, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills for engaging effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Driven by a passion to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals in the community, regardless of age or specific needs, Augustine has pursued continuous professional development to strengthen his leadership and service delivery skills. He holds a degree in Business Administration, dual Postgraduate Diplomas in Management Studies and in Strategic Management and Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
In addition, he has attained an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults and Children and Young People).
